Administrative Assistant Opportunity
The successful applicant’s primary responsibilities will include: managing mail, email and correspondence, drafting letters and press releases, monitoring and managing social media, updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and archives, maintaining the calendar, taking minutes, attending meetings and events with stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations, attending outside-hours Board/Committee meetings, and providing logistical support to ANC-AU Events Coordinator and ANC-AU Outreach Coordinator.
Events Manager Opportunity
The successful applicant's primary responsibilities will include: planning and executing community events & fundraisers aligned with goals, drafting and distributing event communications, preparing press releases & marketing strategies for event promotion, designing promotional materials, overseeing event logistics, managing event budgets, maintaining minutes and documentation.
Grassroots Coordinator Opportunity
The successful applicant's primary responsibilities will include: leading and expanding youth outreach programs (Junior Advocates, Youth Advocates, Galstaun Government, Hagop Kortian Scholarship), collaborating with youth groups, cultivating and maintaining relationships with non-Armenian groups for cross-community engagement, strengthening ties with Armenian-Australian professionals via APN and monitoring and managing social media

Remuneration is competitive for all roles.
Each position is most suited to a university student with availability for either two/three days in their study schedule between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm between Monday to Friday. The office is vibrant, the pace is electric, our environment is friendly.
