Hi, my name is {say your name} and I am a member of the local {either Armenian, Assyrian or Greek} community.
The Joint Justice Initiative established by the Armenian-Australian, Assyrian-Australian and Greek-Australian communities calls for Australian national recognition of the Armenian, Assyrian and Greek Genocides of 1915. It is our wish that Australia joins over 30 nations siding with truth and justice on this issue, including the United States Congress, Canada, France, Germany and others.
The Joint Justice Initiative has sent the Senator a document requesting their digital signature to signify their support for the Joint Justice Initiative and genocide recognition. There are over 20 signatures of Federal MPs and Senators, and the Senator is not yet one of them.
On behalf of my family, I am calling to request that the Senator signs and support the Joint Justice Initiative.
