The Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA), sister organisation of ANC Australia, has released a
document detailing U.S. President Barack Obama's support for U.S. recognition of the Armenian Genocide.
The
document, able to be
viewed by clicking here, includes President Obama's strong support for the recognition both as a Senator (since 2005) and as a Presidential candidate in the lead-up to his inauguration this year.
President Obama is due to visit Turkey in April, the same month dedicated to the commemoration of the Armenian Genocide.
