SYDNEY: The Armenian Professional Network of Australia (APN) has started 2024 with a bang, kickstarting the year with a major networking event, a dynamic lineup of new committee members and a revamped platform featuring five forums.
The Armenian Professional Network is the leading social and community networking and development organisation in Australia, an initiative led by the Armenian National Committee of Australia (ANC-AU). At its core, the APN seeks to build and foster relationships and networks between Armenian professionals.
To launch into 2024, the APN announced a ‘Start of Year Networking Event’, held at Henley’s Bar & Kitchen in Sydney’s King St Wharf which saw over 150 professionals. In the presence of attendees, APN Chairperson Viken Kortian revealed in a major announcement that it has undergone a substantive transformation over the Christmas break offering professionals a total of five Forums to connect Armenian-Australians led by a revamped and enthusiastic committee.
The forums include the APN Legal Forum - led by Alexia Ereboni Yazdani, the APN Medical & Allied Health Services Forum - led by Kareen Mekertichian, the APN STEM Forum - led by Viken Kortian and Olivia Dilanchian, the APN Accounting & Professional Services Forum - led by Rafi Karnik, and the APN Banking & Financial Services Forum - led by Linda Minassian and Kevork Tufenkjian.
At the event, Chairperson Kortian said, “We're very excited for the future of the APN. We are looking forward to offering our community regular forum events, additional forums for industries that are not currently covered and of course, our super networking cocktail events.”
The APN looks forward to a year of collaboration, networking and fostering a stronger and more connected Armenian-Australian professional community.
